Oh, just look at these beauties...

Miss Mae's Daisy Girl Scout troop had a tea party at our house, and we needed some tea cups. The troop leader volunteered hers, saying that her china was not her taste, and really no big deal if anything got broken.
This is what she brought over to my house...

Aren't they just beautiful?! All you china addicts out there (like me...) just look how pretty. I actually served tea (fruit punch) to nine 7-year-old girls at a tea party. It's
Haviland Limoges and it is just lovely. I didn't want to pack it up and give it back!

Just to comfort myself, I will also show you the teapot that poured the fruit punch. This is mine.
It's pretty too! It belonged to my dear Auntie, and I cherish it.

Pretty, huh?

I do love china!! Wish I had those pieces. What a wonderful tea party for little girls. thank you for visting my blog and leaving a comment.
I am SUCH a sucker for dainty, beautiful, china tea things, and these are certainly all of that.
I read this post then went on down to Mommy's 1 Cor. 13, loved it, would like to have permission to repost on my fb. page? and thought you were definintly showing the Love to your children and their friends by having a tea party for them using the "good china" but then wasn't that what Jesus would do with us if we had a tea party with him? Thanks for the kind remarks you left on my post? You gave me food for thought today!
I bet those little girls didn't break anything, and didn't spill a drop either! Such lovely teacups, and those girls probably felt very grown up. What fun!
Happy VTT!
